Please consider signing this petition to eliminate drive-through mastectomies. I remember when my mom had hers and I couldn’t imagine her being released within hours of the procedure like is happening to so many woman now.

I signed and planned to re-post on my blog/twitter/facebook. I can’t even imagine…when my grandmother had her mastectomy we were blessed to have a close family friend that was a home health nurse who came to our house several times a day to address her needs. I can’t imagine what families do without that kind of care. It’s horrible.
