Sharing some humor, a bit of writing and way too much information

From the Parenting Fail File…

Etcetera

“The day started quietly enough, which is always a tip-off. With two kids around, silence in my house is something to be feared and loathed…”

And that’s how my daughter’s descent into amoral seediness began. I wrote about “the incident” in 2010 when it happened, but prettied it up for my Mommy Moment over at Natalie’s place.

And every word?

Pretty much all true.

I read it and LAUGHED. Hard to fathom that innocence can disappear with the simple push of a button.

I remember this…and yes, the same with us.

Visited Del Mar’s shops, businesses, restaurants and bars for the Village’s annual Taste and Sip with closest pals. Highlights: learning about Mezcal at @enfuegocantina, sampling new @lalospirits tequila, catching the sunset at @monarchdelmar, amazing ceviche at @coya_peruvian_secret, and the most delicious gluten-free birthday cake from @shanjo! Recommend this for next year - was the best best most good time.
